my husband doing intercourse with force everyday with me . i am abuse mentally and physically by my husband and in-law . now i am living with my parents from 3 months . i done domestic violence and maintenance case against my husband and in-laws . i want to know that how can i get maintenance from my husband because i dont have proofs on his income. he is earning 3-4 thousand per day. how can i do?

Dear client u have to prove income in court otherwise court will consider his income lumsum and u will get maintenance of rs 2 or 3 thousand per month. For any legal help call me

1) U hv to collect the evidence available for all his income and place before the court.

2) Then u may request the court to officially call from the concerned authorities.

3) Otherwise the court may believe the income as declared by him and calculate the

maintenance accordingly.
