beside of jewl, my husband taken approx 20 lakh rs from my mother, stolen money from my a/c in 2011 through ATM and jewl of worth rs 10 lakh is laid on muthoot. now i have nothing with me. i have two children, one boy of 6 years and one girl of 4.8years. he always threaten me if i file cases against him, i wlll take custody f children. what can i do to keep my children with me

1) No. Child custody is not his right alone but urs too.
2) Court will decide keeping in view welfare of the child.
3) Discuss in the presence of family elders and collect ur
jewellery and fixed deposit amounts for ur social security.
