Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have already got a legal divorce abroad (ex-parte) in califorinia ~ she was living for 3 years with me and was served legally and correctly. The court actually passed the divorce judgement ALONG with domestic-violence/restraining-order (same case number as divorce) and given her a punishment to also attend batterer's training for a year, which will be supervised by the department of probation here.

My ex-wife is now ready for a settlement and accept the foreign divorce in India too.

How do we go about registering the foreign divorce in India now based on MCD?
