Legal Question in Family Law in Saudi Arabia

I am currently living in Saudi Arabia. However my wife left home with my 8 months old child and she is staying with her family in Saudi Arabia for the last 2 and half months. We had no contact with each other & couple of times i spoke to her family but in vain.I want to quit my job & go to UAE but she dont want to leave Saudi Arabia. Wht legal action can be taken against her ?? And wht are the possibilities that i get the custody of my child ??

I advise you not to divoce her because if you divoce her you wiil lose the custidy of your child. try to sove the problem in a friendly. If you fail com e back to me and tell me what your wife wants and the reason why she left the house. I shall then tell you what to do provided you be frank and honest.
