Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have lodged a case under the senior citizen�s maintenance act (125) against my son.

Son has submitted proof that (a) he has no income and (b) I am well to do, have additional house, second wife, etc., hence I should not be provided any maintenance. Is it possible that the court could consider his stand and reject my application? My interim application was rejected.
