Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am loving a boy.i am 25 years old.my parents not accepting my love.they asked me to give 8lakhs rupees which they spend for my education and then only i can marry as per my wish.otherwise they threatening me they will put a case on me.

is it possible that they can file a legal complaint about the money spent for my education.

If so am i liable to pay ?????

They can recover the amount from u. Since u failed to marry, return the amount to them.
