i m a girl.i married 8 years ago.i dont hav any registry certificate and wedding ceremony photo.but i lived with him 1 year.but they tortured me too much. my family take me in home.now i want to marry newly.what should i do now? can i marry him freely?

Dear client u have to take divorce from husband first. If u marry without divorce then yr current husband will file case of bigamy against u and u will punish for 5 year jail
