Legal Question in Family Law in India

mai apni wife ko divorce dena chahta hu. lekin vo ready nhi hai. mai usko shaadi ka kharcha dene ke liye ready hu. meri wife chhoti chhoti baaton par gussa ho jaati hai. ghar pe koi guest aaye to unse theek se baat nahi karti. mujhe aur meri family ko uska nature pasand nahi hai.
ek baar meri absence me vo meri behan se jhagra kar ke saari jewellery lekar apne parents ke ghar chali gyi thi. lekin dusre hi din mai usko vapis lekar aaya tha.
lekin aise meri absence me jewellery lekar ghar se chale jaana mujhe thik nahi laga. mujhe ab uspe vishwaas nahi raha aur uska nature bhi alag hai. maine usko ghar se nikaal diya hai. usne CAW cell me complaint file ki hai aur 125 case bhi file kiya hai.
mere paas uske khilaaf koi solid proof nahi hai. aur vo mujhe divorce nahi dena chahti.
mai jaldi se jaldi divorce lena chahta hu. mai uske liye kya karu?
kya uski marzi ke bina divorce ho skta hai?

You can give divorce but for that you may need some thing to assemble and comply the law against the provision.
