Legal Question in Family Law in India

Married (1991) at the age of 18 + years to a Person aged 29 years. Given birth to 2 Sons. One Son (1992) is aged NOW 24 and the Other Son (1995) is aged 21 BOTH are living with Father. I left the Home (1999) leaving the children. since then I am living (single) in different parts of the world. He did not given Divorce, even though I asked over telephone. In 2001 He sent a legal notice for Restitution of Conjugal Rights. I have ignored. Even He did not married till now. NOW what are the Best legal options for me i.e; Divorce/Reunion/Compromise OR otherwise. If He initiates Now any sort of Legal Action what should I do?.
