Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have got married feb 2014 in MP. His proposal for marriage came to us from a matrimonial site. After 1 year i came to know that his father is mentally ill but he and his mother hide this from me and my family. He also hide about his financial status. I have a 10 month baby boy now. And he left me and baby to my parents place at Rajasthan since last 6 month when the baby was only 4 months.

Now the situation is he has filled a complaint in police station that he has danger of life from us.we are hindu from rajasthan.

They have ask for dowry many times .he beats me. Still i was with him due to child but he himself left me.

1. Is this a fraud case?

2. Can i file dowry case?

3. Can i file domestic voilence?

4. What about maintenance ? He is an engineer at PSUs salary may be about 1 lac.

Dear client u can file dowry harassment complaint with women cell of police under sec 498 a against husband and his family. U can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment against them. Ask maintenance fir u and baby under sec 125. For any legal help call me
