Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi I got married on 2013 ,and with gods grace we have one daughter born on 2014, but my wife went to resides at her parents place after my daughter born and now she is not coming back and also she is not allowing me to meet my daughter also so is there any law that I can bring by daughter back without divorce. because we hand not filed any divorce petition yet

dear client.........

its advisible to file RCR and ask court to send her back..........

if she does not come you can file for custody / permission to visit to see your daughter
