i got married 2 yrs back, i cant give birth to a child becasue of my gyanic problem my husband knew about this before marriage and he agreed, we lived together for 15 mnths but he started asking dowry and now he says im impotent and sexually not fit so he want divorce...will he get divorce if im not willing

even if you unable to bear a child due to medical conditions, it is no ground for him to seek divorce as under hindu law, no such ground exists. you can defend the divorce petition and if he is making this as a sole ground, he may not succeed.
