I want to marry my boy friend. But due to some family problem he got married onmay 1 this year. He does not have any physical relation with his wife. Can he get divorce from her without any conspiracy. His marriage is at temple and not yet registered at court.

he needs to file a petition for divorce and only after he gets divorce, you may go for marriage.
