I got marry long time ago after married bcoz of some persnl reason i get that and i decide that i dont want to be physical vd him thats why i ddnt be and i dont want to be and as far i know that i my wish that i be with him or not.so my husband start to harres me bacause of this reason he start hit me beat me and abuse me so badly. so i want to file divorce case against his cruelty .so i just want to know can i file case against him and if i file case so will i have to give any strong reason to court abt my persnl problem orr just say i dont want will be enough ..plz suggest me any leagal way i really want come out.

Dear client to file divorce on the ground of cruelty u have to show court that u complaint about cruelty to concern department like police. So first file dowry harassment complaint with police under sec 498 a. For more help call me on 9422611385
