i Mr Rajesh shah here to ask quation that i have shifted at mumbai my native place is kochi i also assked my wife to come and setel at mumbai first she told she will come and now she is not and enterd my native house by breacking the door lock .please give me a way out as i found she is interested in my property and not me.

1) In the presence of family elders or experienced senior citizen friends, discuss with her to have evidence to be used for future reference.

2) Also keep SMS, chat recordings etc and any tangible evidences in tact.

3) If all efforts fail, then u may think of RCR. Consult a local experienced Family Law expert Advocate to guide u.

4) Now if she resides in ur own house at native place, she otherwise has to be allowed to live in shared household anyhow even during recourse through law. Filing now FIR against her is not correct as she has to continue to live somewhere with equal comfort she enjoyed during her stay in matrimonial home.
