Since November 13 I'm residing with my parents. How do I get into my marital home n get my legitimate right of maintenance from my hasbund

You can file for maintenance even by staying with your parents. You have options u/s 125 CrPC, DV Act etc. You may also choose to return to your matrimonial house with the help of various laws. Mail me at [email protected] with more details for better advice.
