Legal Question in Family Law in India

A property aquired of my grandfather after his death, by my father, can this property will be a ansestor property.we are 2 brothers and 1 sister. Father has hakka sod patra of our sister. Can she claim rights on grandfathers property which is in our fathers name. Our father also died in month of may 2016.
