hi, my question is my wife has adultry and tell all fact infront of my family ,27 march 2014 get divorced ,
but she is not ready to give my 2.5 year child return me , i wish to my child is return with me because of his future, please advise any of the posibilty to stand case adultry after divorced against her & child return.

you can file a suit for custody and in case you got divorce on the ground of adultery, you have a strong case to get the custody of your child.
