my name is reddy.i am a physically handicapped person with age of 28 years.i am unmarried.my mother got marriage on 1987.we are hindu .my mother and i faced several problems from my father,grandmother,uncle,aunt etc.my mother put a dvc case,498a case on my father.my grandmother,father,etc has planned to sell our 2 floor house to some body.but we did not agree.money lender has put a case on my grandmother of amount 30 lakh .money lender having a promissary note and house documents.money lender,grandmother,father etc are against my mother.what are the rights we have to get share on that house

First whether ur mother has share is to be decided. The money lender debt has to be cleared first.
