Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got registered marriage by March 2015 before traditional marriage because my husband and their family members told me and my parents to do so for the US visa purpose. So I got registered marriage and later he left to USA he asked me to cancel the marriage on the grounds of Dowry.

I tried to convince him for an year but in vain

I lodged a dowry harassment case on him but they bribed the social welfare officer of my district and so she wrote that it is not dowry case

So my case got cancelled

Now my husband himself applied for annulment of marraige (Hindu marriage act) and complaint that I got 3lakhs from him.

I accept for annulment but the reason they stated everything is fake. The reason for annulment he filed was because of my parents compulsion I did this register marriage but this reason is false.

Now I would like to claim for maintenance

Can I apply for maintenance from my husband after he filled for annulment of marriage ?

Wat should I do now?

I'm confused

Please help me
