Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected members here ,
I am new to this page and there can be a mistake in the way i am writing this query , please forgive me for that.
This is on behalf of my mother in law.
My mother in law and her husband are planning to make joint petition for Divorce , This reason for this was mainly because of the extra martial relationship of the husband and his drinking habits.
They are having two House property both are in husbands name, mothers demand was to get the ownership of one of the property before filing the divorce , but for which husband is not agreeing.
All the properties are not ancestral properties , all are brought after their marriage.
So my questions are..?
1: Is the Mother is having any right to make claim for any one of the house property..?
2:If father decide to sell the property before divorce , can mother can make any legal action against that...? Basically to get stay for selling.
3: they have 3 daughters, all are married . is anyone of them having any right to claim the property..?
