I am a school teacher.I married on 24th may 2014.but my mother in law always abuses me one way or the other. Recently she started pestering me to give up my job. Initially my husband had been very supportive. But now even he favors all his mother's doing. Once when my Uncle and brother came to visit us even my husband along with my Mil started abusing me infront of them. So now I have come back to stay with my parents. Leaving with my inlaws has been hell. I want to move out of this relationship. Please advice

Dear client before completion of one year of marriage u cannot ask divorce. So first file police complaint under sec 498 a with women cell of police against husband and in law. Then file domestic violence case for mental harassment against them. After completion of one year of marriage file divorce on the ground of cruelty. For any legal help call me on 8446247807
