Legal Question in Family Law in India

In sec 128 crpc,I am unable to pay the interim relief to my wife because I have no source of any income.I am not employed and is a illiterate person.I am fully dependent on my brother for my food, clothing,and shelter.My wife who is a graduate and also diploma holder in Indian classical music

My question; I want to know what action magistrate will take against me in these circumstances.Please advise.

he will put you behind bars!!there is a supreme court judgement to the effect. Mostly men wqho have to pay maintenance take this defence. you are not the only one.
