Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi sir greetings of the day,
My father is harassing us, we are being living separately from him for almost 10 years he is a government employee. Recently he got retired and now being using the shadow of senior ciohe is trying to harras my brother and me and my mom. My mother brought up us with the help of my grand father (my moms father). She plays a role of father also. My father don't turn to us until his retirement. Is there any remedy for this in Indian law. If yes please guide me. I will be highly obliged for your help. Please sir.
