hi sir, i am hindu and my gf is iranian and both of us want to get married , she is saying that she cannot marry under any special marriage act coz iran govt accepts only islamic marriages otherwise she will be killed .... my question is can i make a prenuptal tye of agreement stating with the title Mutual agreement terms nd put the terms & conditions stating that we herby declare that If in future if unfortunate seperation, divorce, we will not claim each other for money, property, any other claims ....we dont wish to create baby too after marriage for whole life.......

Pre nuptial agreements are not enforceable in Indian courts. Either the marriage be registered under Special Marriage Act or you have to convert or she has to reside in India for ever. CAll for detail.
