Sir, my wife is having fibroids inside her uterus. Though some how i am having sexual intercourse with my wife, I am not able to have normal sex with her because of fibroids putting pressure and hence it is difficult to have normal sex and having pain after having sex as i have to use lot of force. I have all medical records of my wife showing that she is having fibroids.
1. Can i get divorce for this issue?
2. If court is convinced with the medical records and court grants me divorce from my wife, Will the court also order me to give compensation to my wife for maintainance of her life?

You have not given the detail as to date of marriage which is important. See, annulment may be possible in your case since normal sexual intercourse has not taken place. Secondly, if she was aware of her medical condition before marriage but has concealed it from you, one more ground for annulment will be available. Upon annulment you need not pay any maintenance or alimony. But, upon divorce, you have to pay.
