Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir,i have one elder borther,one elder sister and one younger sister. my father is died before 10 years . my brother use all the property(farmar lands) but he not yet give any share to me. My father property is all are his fathers property. And my sisters also asked share for this property , i want to know one advice from you sir, that is how can i get my property from my bother any section for this. And why can i give property for my sisters , i give all the things, jewels for his marriage pls give any advice.

you and your sisters have equal right over that property.

So you can file case of partition and get your share.
