Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Sir,

I reside in Mumbai and i have a 4 month old son. Married since past 2 years; both me my wife are working in Mumbai only. 2 months back my wife went to her paternal house. We are having some disputes on different issues for the past few days and unfortunately my in laws has an interfering tendency and are playing a pivotal role in breaking our marriage. Kindly, guide me as i don't want to loose my child custody at any cost, if the matter turns worst. Is it advisable for me to seek a divorce or should i hold it back if the same is being initiated from my wife's side. I'm suppose to go and bring them back from my in laws house next month. Should i go or what will be my step/action if they don't allow me to see my child...? Please advice.

1) First go and discuss in the presence of family elders and outside senior citizens

to find the facts and reconcile to bring her back home/

2) If failed file RCR.

Dear client custody of child will remain with mother naturally upto five years age. First meet wife and request her to come back. If she will not come back then file case for restitution of conjugal rights and ask her to come back. For any legal help call me
