Legal Question in Family Law in India

My sister is in divorce battle with her husband. The court ordered a arrest warrant against him, but he got a stay order against this,and plan to fly out of this country. How can I stop him please help.

firstly ,you can be apply above ,then with help of concern police officer also inform to all incharges of air authority in india base of warrant and block passport.thank you
