Legal Question in Family Law in Saudi Arabia

My sister past away after 15 days of giving birth. She was married to my cousin (father's sister son). Since the birth of the child, the baby was taken care of by my wife and parents. My wife also my cousin (mother's sister daughter). We live in Jeddah with my parents. My cousin and his parents has decided that the baby shall remain here and under my guardianship. What is the procedure to obtain my niece's guardianship in Saudi Arabia?

the quardiaship is to be determined by the sharia court if you are muslim,but the hadana is for your mother since she is the mother of the mother but the child will be in the Igama of his father.
