Legal Question in Family Law in India
i did special marriage in 2007 but due to some family problem in 2010 my husband left me without knowing me with my one year girl child. then under pressure I did expert from court my husband did not appear in the court. divorce done .. my husband is angry with this decision. now I want to take back this divorce..is this possible if yes then how.... I want to stay with him again. as we had social marriage too. which is still valid.
please sugest.
