hi i am vishal sawant I got married on 23 rd April but my Wilfe has left my place since 15 the june . my parent are financially dependent on me they don't have any source of earning neither they have any saving she asking me to leave them alone & stay sperately with her she was putting lots of fights with me and my family member during her stay at my place

these not the first time she left me its third occasion we are hardly stayed together for two weak

can I go for divorce

and what woulde cost of maintance

Assuming that both of you are Hindus married under the Hindu Marriage Act. Grounds for Divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 are Adultery, Cruelty, Desertion, Conversion, Mental Disorder, Leprosy, Venereal Disease, Renunciation, Not Heard Alive.
