Wht is the procedure after v file complaint under 498 through police station n wht is the time limit for police officials to submit charge sheet n how much time is taken for the case to stand after charge sheet is submitted

Generally if the accused is inside the jail, chargesheet gets filed in 60 days. Accordingly the other procedures go on.
