Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

My wife has filed for a divorce. Is this enforceable without my consent? She states that her lawyers have taken the appropriate action and that this will be finalised upon the completion of 3 months. Your time in answering this question is highly appreciated.

A muslim wife has absolute right to divorce her husband. Your wife's lawyer has correctly mentioned that the divorce will be effective upon completion of 3 months from the date of service of notice upon you and the concern chairman of the area.
