Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife filed 498 against me n my while family, around 6 people cosider in it but we have cheque given to her for education, is it valid proof for us to fight against 498. The she filed dv n maintenance but and applying for nullity also. Pls guide me

In 498A cases mediation is possible. You can opt for mediation and try to settle the case. Considering the many cases that your wife has filed, it is important that you contact a local lawyer and show all the case papers and seek advice.
