Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have one year marriage. I am sikh girl. My husband is Hindu. I am 26 year and my husband is 30.,We had intercaste arrange marriage. I am staying with my parents from last 2 months. My husband is adopted son. My father in law said if my husband bring me back to home he will evict him from property. That's why my husband is not talking to me from last 2 months. I don't want divorce. But my laws don't want me to come back their home. They are saying nothing. My parents many time talked to them they always reply that they will tell us after 2 days. They always give us date and time to tell us what they want. But after giving time they do not reply. I think they want me to ask for divorce.What should I do now.
