Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Can a bank give NOC against mortgage as house loan is repaid but papers still not released and the title owner is a deceased.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
If this going to be simple mortgage, since mere title lies with deceased owner's, house loan have been cleared, and subsequent heirs of that owner have absolute claim over the same.
