Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My brother took a loan of about 7 lac from my old parents in the past 15 years and never repaid. He took a loan of about 4 lac from me 1 year ago and refusing to pay. I lost my father little over a year ago. my mom and I are helpless. What can be done? Kindly advise.

Your mother and you can sue your brother for recovery of the loan taken by him.
