Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan

Dear Legal team,

My question is related to inherited properties (about 150 shops and houses) in Pakistan.

Other relatives are in passion of these properties and properties are let-out to different tenants.

I dont not have names of the tenants but i do have addresses of the properties and I want to send legal notices to all the tenants.

How can I send legal notices to the tenants when i do not have their name? Please any suggestions

Or

If there is any work around remedy to make all tenant a party in court of law when i dont have their name but i do have their address without names

Any Brainy ideas.

As per your contentions your main grievance is against your relatives and not the tenants then why you want to send the legal notices to tenants instead of your relatives.

You may issue a general warnings to all tenant which could be in the form of caveat emptor, but to serve the best purpose, it is better to send legal notices to your relatives possessing your shares in the property.

it's very easy to solve the issue firrest try to get information of your properties from other relatives and also from revenue department . Registrar office . Taxation department .

and issue legal notices to all for rent and possession .
