Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I was with my family in Muscat from 1998 to 2004. Now one of my sister in India has told my wife that I came to know that you had sexual relationship/affairs with other men while you were in Muscat. This is entirely a wrong allegation which is baseless and untolerable. I want to take legal action against her to warn her for not to repeat such things, bring the fact outside and want to know who has given her this wrong information. Please advice how to proceed
