Can i file an case against my girlfriend parents and against her as not marry another person.

Dear Sir,
No, you cannot compel, force, persuade or pressurize your girl friend to marry you. It is purely left to her to decide on who is to be her life partner.

Dear Sir, If you're major Girl Friend chooses you to marry to lead her life, as unfortunately she's in the absolute captivity of their parents against her will & wish, then you can put the "Haebes Corpous" Writ before the hon'ble High Court situated at your judicature under Article 226 & 227.
