i have filed summary suit for rs.2,72000/---in this case defendant from bombay order plaintiff in pune orally to sent the goods to me after receiving goods defendant has given me cheques of rs.272000/-- but all the cheques has been bounced thereafter plaintiff has filed a summary suit against the defendant the defendant remain absent and exparty order has passed but mean while the court raised the question that whether the court is having jurisdiction or not
