Dear Sir,

If your grandfather made will to his properties, it's just mean to arrest the future devolution of interest unnecessary, and make easy distributions among the beneficiaries that he would prefered as per his likes and his dislikes, Ok ? And this shall be valid testamentory successions, but bans future partitions.

Thank You,

Kind Regard. Sanjay K.Dixit, Advocate,
