Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Hi,

We have a case been pending in Bangalore Civil court for the property since 2007. The accused as forged the signature of the Landlord and filed a case against the Landlord along with my father & mother name.

Landlord as signed and registered the site (BDA registration) in my mother name in 2007 and also we have been paying the property tax from then till now.

For verification recently i asked my lawyer about the accused documents submitted. They have submitted just a stamp paper with two witness. While carefully looking into document, the second, third, fourth and fifth page signature of the landlord is mistake and also, it is very clear the sign is 100% fake. What is the best way to get out of this and punish the accused.

You need to move an application for appointing an hand writing expert to verify the signature. You should have earlier filed a criminal case also wherein police could have sent the signature to expert. I have to see the case file to guide you further.
