Is there a time limit till when a partition deed can be rectified? or can it be rectified any time and how many times can a rectification be done?

if the partition suit is pending until hearing of suit by the court. In other cases until actual partition is done by metes and bounds.

Partition Deed may be rectified as many times without any time limit subject to the condition that all the executants to the deed are party to the rectification every time
