I'm us citizen . I'm wanted to apply my husband green card but immigration officer stamp on his passport to stay for 2 wks. Will that b problem?

You should contact an immigration attorney to start the process.

Being here past the date on the visa or I-94 entry stamp should not be a problem.

As long as your spouse had a lawful entry, with no criminal record, no prior immigration fraud, and no prior deportation/removal, he should be eligible to adjust status in the U.S. However, there are preconceived intent issues,so I recommend discussing the case with an immigration attorney before filing his case, and to make sure there aren't any other issues with his situation that you may not be aware of, or might not have addressed here.
