Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

I been rented a commercial shop which is of around 2000sqft and I have been here since 10yrs and my agreement is finished . My landlord is telling to vacant the place . No legal notice has been approached to me till date .

I have all legal receipts of rent n all . He has sell this land to some one else and he want to develop this place .

M ready to buy this place but some concessions should be given to me .

What's the solution regarding this ??

1) U will never become land owner as told by SC clearly, though u are a legal tenant for the last 10 years

2) When the agreement expired, u are trespasser and the landlord can file both civil and criminal cases

against u for eviction.

3) U may delay eviction in legal process which is waste of time and money but cannot own it.

4) If u are interested pay a little more than the market price and own it,.
