Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

Hello sir, I am Raju. I have passed sslc and working in a private sector.my father built a house 30yrs back and it is in my mother's name now. My father has not done any will. I have 3married elder sisters.for them we have done everything and now after my son born who s 2yrs now, all are fighting for property division. This house is a source of income for me. My all sisters are well settled with own houses. My mother is always towards daughters.she has giving gold and silver without my knowledge to 3sisters. Now she s making will that house should be sold and equally shared, and my brother in law is responsible to do partician. I don't want to do so because I don't have anything else. Is this correct? I am very much upset because of their behavior.

1) Is the property ancestral or self-acquired, when ur sisters were married is not clear.

2) Either way since ur father died intestate, all will acquire the right in the house.
