Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

Sir 35 years back i buy one property in hyderbad in favour my mother,after few she passaway,after i keep my sister one brother with her husband and three kids,few years back i ask about my property sale because i elder brother of the family i told brothers and sisters i will give u share in this property but they did not reply,know five years back when i check in registrar office they transfer this property in favour brother and sister as a gift deed,but my mother did not gave any gift to any body,two years back one of brother die,know my sister transfer this gift deed in her favour and two her sons,know this property first in name of my mother,as per law who is right to take this property as per law,because my mother did not gave any gift deed to any of my family members,so please adivice how to file a case.
