How to acquire Salary Certificate and Service Certificate from private employer?

Can i get these certificates within three weeks of joining the company?

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should inform your private employer that you need the Salary Certificate for Income Tax purpose, and that you require the Service Certificate as proof that you have been in employment with the Company.

Yes, you can get these two certificates within three weeks of joining the Company.
